作用：

鐵對動物有多種功能。

血紅蛋白中的鐵, 對于維持機體每個器官和每種組織的正常生理作用是不可缺少的, 也在參與氧的運輸、氧化酶( 如過氧化氫、過氧化酶、黃素蛋白酶) 和細胞色素中起重要作用。

缺失：

機體若貯鐵或攝鐵不足, 或因寄生蟲感染失鐵, 或紅細胞分解速度大于合成速度, 則出現(xiàn)缺鐵性貧血

剛剛出生的小豬為什么要補鐵

仔豬最容易缺鐵。

剛出生仔豬＝47mg鐵，但需7mg/天；

10－14天體重翻番，生長速度快。

母豬奶中鐵的濃度很低, 約為1 mg/ kg,

3日齡需補鐵。(3日、12日齡補鐵二次）

仔豬在出生后頭3 d 一次注射150~200 mg 鐵，比如桃源獸藥廠生產(chǎn)的富鐵力注射（1－1.33ml每次）。

Iron has many functions for animals.

The iron in hemoglobin, which is essential for the normal physiological function of every organ and tissue in the body, also plays an important role in the transport of oxygen, the enzymes ( hydrogen peroxide, peroxidase, flavin protease) and cytochrome.

Missing:

Iron deficiency anemia occurs if the body stores iron or takes insufficient iron, or loses iron due to parasitic infection, or the rate of red blood cell breakdown is greater than the rate of synthesis

Why should the newly born pig supplement iron

Piglets are the most vulnerable to iron deficiency.

Piglets at birth = 47mg iron, but need 7mg iron per day;

The body weight doubled in 10-14 days and the growth rate was fast.

Sow milk has a very low concentration of iron, about 1 mg/ kg,

3 days of age need iron supplement. (Iron supplement twice at 3 and 12 days of age)
